Being a Journalist is an amazing status! Journalism comes with a badge as well! Having a Journalist badge shows that you have a blog, and your blog has been specifically chosen by the Chobots Team for being such an amazing one!

A Journalist receives many cool features, such as:

• Journalist badge on your playercard with your blog title
• The possibility for your blog to be featured on the play page
• Your blog will be featured on the Official Blog
• Moderators will bookmark your website!
• You will be invited to write one blog post on the Official Blog.
• You will be added to an exclusive mailing list to receive all the behind-the-scenes information and news before anyone else does
• One free week of citizenship in the beginning of the month.
• Automatically receive the feather item
• PC moderators even though their card is blocked
• Purple nametag

Now, you may be wanting to know how to become a Journalist. Well here you go!

Firstly:

A Journalist's blog is always at a high standard. A blog that has a header, with just a picture of your Chobot, isn't going to go very far. Try making sure that your blog is explained well, maybe having your blog's name in big letters! Something that catches a person's eye, will make them want to read on. If they read on, and of course if your post is interesting, they will begin to like it, and may even bookmark it!

Secondly:

Try making your posts 'Interesting'! As I said in the ''Firstly'' section, making sure that your posts are interesting, will make somebody want to carry on reading. If people begin to like your posts, updates, and contests, they may bookmark your blog, making it easier for them to access! A way of making your posts interesting, is by adding a picture! Adding a picture will help the reader get to know what the post is about, and how it can help them.

Thirdly:

Having a good designing program is great when it comes to blogs! Having a good header, background and/or logo, will help you out tremendously! If you have a great header, it will easily attract people. You should especially do it to impress some Moderators, who can give you the Journalist badge!

Lastly:

Everyone needs some help once in a while! So why don't you hire someone to be an Author for your blog? Maybe even a Designer! Someone who you can trust, and of course, who can create a post that is interesting, could really help you out! If you hire someone as an Author, this will give you some help, and could make your blog even better!
